Who We Are
We are a regional collective of boutique, community first workspaces spanning prime neighborhoods across Asia Pacific. Since opening our first doors in Wan Chai in 2012, we have grown into a dynamic network of over 20 locations across six countries, blending warm hospitality, thoughtful design, and a vibrant local culture in every neighborhood we call home.

2026
Common Ground expanded to two new locations in Philippines, One new location in Don Antonio and another in partnership with Megaworld Corporation in McKinley hill Digital Park.
Vietnam also saw expansion with the opening of the Hive Rivermark in Tran Nao St, Ho Chi minh City

Common Ground opened two new locations in Malaysia and the Hive opened a location in Hong Kong
the Hive opened its first Malaysia location - the Hive Seafront on the shores of Penang
2024
1 new location in Hong Kong, the Hive Poho

Merged with Common Ground to form The Flexi Group to become one of Asia Pacific’s Largest Coworking Networks
